Identification of Target Companies: We select companies that match your profile and, whenever possible, we approach our HR contacts directly.
Interviews and DISC Assessment: We conduct interviews and behavioral assessments to better understand your profile.
Sending CVs: We send your CV to all our connections and provide a list of headhunting companies for you to present yourself to.
Weekly Monitoring: We carry out close monitoring, via WhatsApp or Google Meeting, to discuss your progress and define new actions.
